Becoming a Member

What does a Branded VIP membership include?

Branded VIP is the official membership/club With a Branded membership, members can access exclusive content, including articles and videos, live and recorded events, plus benefits like discounts and gifts.

How much does a Branded VIP membership cost?

Our standard membership pricing is: Silver Package - per month or £69.99 per year Gold Package - per month or £99.99 per year Platinum Package - per month or £199.99 per year

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We also accept Google Pay, Apple Pay and PayPal. You can purchase a membership online at any time.

When will I be charged for my membership?

Credit cards are charged upon submission for both monthly and annual orders. It may take 2-3 days for the charge to appear on your credit card statement. Monthly memberships will be automatically renewed each month thereafter, unless you cancel For annual memberships, you will be sent a renewal notice sufficiently in advance of the date it automatically renews. The notice will state the membership's length of time and cost that are currently in effect. Can I become a member if I'm not located in the United Kingdom?

Yes, you can! Our membership is international. Please note that all payments will be in GBP. All benefits and perks will be available to all members, but some such as in-person events may be impacted by location. Events that are location-specific (and not recorded) will be labeled as such.

Can I purchase a membership as a gift?

If you'd like to purchase a membership for a friend of family members, please specify their name, email address, and mailing address on the order form. Please note thay will receive a welcome email to their inbox upon purchase.

How do I cancel my membership?

The way you cancel depends on whether you purchased a monthly or annual membership. For monthly memberships, you can cancel without being charged for the following month by conacting Customer Services. This applies after the 3 month commited subscription. Please call at least 5 days before payment date otherwise your cancellation will take place within the following month. For annual memberships, Branded VIP members can cancel by contacting customer service or cancel any time within their member portal, your cancellation goes into effect at the end of your current membership period. If I cancel my membership, do I still keep mym membership benefits?

If you are a monthly Branded VIP member, you will receive all benefits until the end of that month, as well as any benefits scheduled for that month. You will not receive benefits scheduled after yout membership end date. If you paid for an annual Branded VIP membership, you will have continued access to Branded VIP club and available member benefits until the end of your annual membership period. Branded VIP members can cancel membership by contacting customer service or cancel any time within their member portal (after 3 months). Management

Now that I'm a Branded VIP Club member, how do I sign in?

If you're already a member, sign in. If you haven't already, create an account. On your first time signing in, you'll be prompted to create a password and verify your email address.

How can I update my email address, password, payments or delivery details?

If you need to update your account credentials, like email address or password, please Login to the online portal. I'm having trouble signing in. What should I do?

If you've forgotten your passwordm you can select "Forgotten Password" to receive a one-time link in your inbox to sign in, no password needed. How do I book an appointment for a logo, consultation etc?

If you're already a member, sign in. Go to My Account section and click on the specific item you want to book for. Once you have clicked this you will be redirected to a calender where you are able to book. (Please make sure you have booking available)

Events

Are events open to all Branded VIP Club members?

All benefits are available to all members, but some-such as in-person events may be impacted by location.

How will I be notified about upcoming events?

An Emsil will be sent out to all members entitled to come to an event.

How do I register for an event?

You can find all event details from the Events page. At this time, you do not need to RSVP or register to any event unless specifically noted on it's details page

What happens if an event date changes?

If the event's time, date, or location is updated, you will be notified via email. All events are subject to change.

What If I miss an event?

Events are recorded whenever possible, so you can watch them at your convenience. You'll find them within the Event section of the site.

Where can I find my member benefits?

You will find your member benefits within the My account section of the site. Select 'My Account' and you will be able to see everything you have alongside the quantities used and remaining.
